"Sizes were sorta hard to find"
A lot of the stuff I wanted was sorta sold out whenever I checked, especially in my size. It made shopping a bit frustrating.

"Sizing Worked Out, Though I Was Hesitant"
I ordered two tops and a pair of pants in my usual size, and I wasn’t totally confident because my trust with online sizing has worn down a bit over time. But everything fit accurately, and the pants length was actually better than I expected. I didn’t have to return anything, which was a relief, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

The rewards points are solid and the birthday perk is a nice little bonus. But sometimes the points take forever to show up, which is kind of annoying and makes the whole thing feel a bit dumb.

I placed my order on Monday and it was already at my door by Thursday, which was great. The tracking updated like it should, and I didn’t have to chase anything down, soooo that was nice. The box showed up in good shape and everything inside was packed really neatly. Shipping cost seemed fair too. Overall, just an easy, hassle-free delivery experience, and I’d definitely order again.

I had to send back a dress because it just didn’t fit right. I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned before with returns and wasn’t sure if I’d actually get my money back without a hassle. But the process was easy enough, and the refund showed up after about a week. I do wish it had been a bit quicker, but overall it wasn’t a big issue

I ordered a blouse from White House Black Market it showed up looking just like the photos. I already tend to trust their product pics more than some other stores, and this basically confirmed that for me. The color, fit, and even the little details looked the same in person, which is not always the case when shopping online. No weird surprises when I opened the package, so I’m happy with it

"Honestly a steal when they’re having a sale"
I’ve ordered from White House Black Market a handful of times now, and when they have a sale, I swear I act like I’ve discovered some kind of secret fashion loophole. The prices feel really fair, and the clothes look way more expensive than what I actually paid, which is always a win. Everything I’ve gotten has held up well too, so I’m not over here panicking after one wash. Shipping was totally fine, no drama there. Overall, I’m happy with the value and will absolutely keep checking their sales like it’s a personal mission

Bottom line, I liked the look of the site and the clothes, but I just wish there was a bit more variety. Everything feels clean and classy, and I do really like the black-and-white style, but after browsing for a while, a lot of the outfits started to feel similar. Nice vibe overall, just could use more colors and different styles mixed in.

I’ve ordered from White House Black Market a few times now, mostly when they’ve got extra sale codes or promos going on.
The markdowns are actually solid, and I like that the discount shows up clearly at checkout. I ended up getting a dress and two work tops for way less than I thought I would.
At this point, I pretty much just wait for their sales. The sizing worked well for me, and the return info was easy to find, so overall it’s been a good shopping experience

"Really nice packaging"
My order from White House Black Market arrived packaged really nicely. The clothes were folded neatly, and I don’t think anything looked wrinkled or crammed into the bag. It all felt clean and cared for, even the tissue paper looked nice. I know it’s probably just packaging, but it kind of made the whole order feel a little more special. Overall, I was really happy with it.

"Good quality for the price"
I’d say the clothes feel good overall, especially if you’re looking for something casual or everyday. The material feels decent and not cheap, so for the price, it seems worth it to me. I might not call it super premium, but for regular wear, I’m happy with it.

“It's easy enough to get hold of them but they're not always very helpful in my experience. Specially when making an online return by mail they don't seem to give you the confidence that you will get your money back!”
