Just bought dresses from Whitehouseblackmarket recently (think about I am in Australia, and the parcel had been sent from overseas), yes, the sizes run a bit big, but their customer service is so impressive, one of the best, super prompt and super reliable, unbelievable professional, definitely worth five stars, highly recommended.

“It's easy enough to get hold of them but they're not always very helpful in my experience. Specially when making an online return by mail they don't seem to give you the confidence that you will get your money back!”
